Stayed here for 5 nights and really liked the room - it was super fancy and had an awesome view of the kremlin 👌. The breakfast was delicious, especially the red caviar, and they had a great variety of food that made it worth the cost.

Wonderful hotel, it has superb service, wonderful location in the Moscow centre. Everyone who works in the property is efficient and best. The breakfast is savoury with the fresh juices and a beautiful spread, for instance, has everything you need.

The breakfast was large and the view from our new-fashioned room was wonderful. the location was stunning in a very relaxing area, just next door to Moscow from Crown Plaza to Kempinski, Moscow's main attractions and Red Square and Kremlin.

The location of this hotel was perfect, with bars and cafes nearby, and it was close to Red Square in the heart of the city. The staff were very polite and the hotel had excellent security measures in place. The hotel also provided quick and efficient support for the visa process, which was necessary for EU visitors.

This is the best luxury hotel in Moscow. The nice & comfortable room, brilliant welness, spa, & hotel's location are made this hotel the best of the best. It is expensive, but valuable for the guests.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the stunning beauty, cleanliness, and spaciousness of the hotel. The staff was polite and the hotel had excellent security measures. The hotel also provided fast support for obtaining the necessary invitation letter for our Russian visas.

We felt very fortunate to have found this hotel and had absolutely nothing to complain about.

Very good location, clean and tidy rooms, punctual and impeccable service. German management succeeded to make the spirit of the 15-years-old hotel “quadratisch, praktisch, gut”, but has forgotten to invest in it more imagination and creativity. “Boring” probably is the best word to describe this building on the Moscow river bank. If you are looking for Russian soul, it’s a wrong place for you.

Aged German businessmen can appreciate it better than young tourist couples spending a romantic weekend in Moscow. By the way, they use to attach your king-sized bed with two small blankets, instead of one big, but you’ll find only one bathrobe instead of two. Sometimes “Sparsamkeit” (German economic way of living) can infect even five star hotels. The hotel restaurant is only worth visiting if you are going to take a nice picture of yourself with a Kremlin view. If you have other plans, be ready to enjoy small choice of dishes of average quality at prices, as if Russian oil-tycoons use to dine there (they don’t – be sure!)

This hotel offers incredible value for money. The prices are very reasonable considering the stunning views it provides. Situated on a street-level overlooking the bridge across the river from the Kremlin, the location is absolutely perfect. The service from the staff is impeccable, and the attention to detail in the rooms is evident. The basic amenities provided include a machine to clean the air, ensuring a clean and fresh environment. The breakfast is delicious, with a variety of options including fresh juices and a great view.

All was wonderful, nothing to improve.

The pool area was nice. The location was great, near Shopping at Gum, the banks, and Baltschug Kempinski. Tasty breakfast, the best ever had, including red caviar, pancakes, and a great view.

Neat and new-fashioned room, top-class staff with a doorman smiling. Pastries and cheese served in the morning. Early check in and late check out.

Great location for sightseeing, with Red Square, Kremlin, GUM, Alexander Gardens within walking distance. Many dining options nearby, including Korean and Japanese restaurants. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds and excellent sleep quality. Efficient and pleasant staff. Strong wifi services.

The location was amazing and fantastic, really close to Red Square in the heart of Moscow. Many restaurants are nearby. We went to Balchug Grill, located so close to the hotel, to have some dinner.
